White-water rafting is a recreational outdoor activity that involves navigating a river or other bodies of water on an inflatable raft. The term "white water" refers to the turbulent, frothy, and aerated water created by rapids.

How difficult is white-water rafting?

Rafting difficulty is often classified on a scale from I to VI, with Class I being the easiest and Class VI being extremely challenging and dangerous. Beginners usually start with Class I to III rapids, while experienced rafters may seek out more challenging waters. Cetina river classifies between 2 and 3, meaning it is perfect choice for beginners, just as rafters who already have some experience.

What equipment do I need for white-water rafting?

Basic equipment includes a raft, paddles, life jackets and helmet. When you come to our Robinson camp, you be given all the equipment to keep you safe. However, you need to bring some things for more pleasant experience yourself, as: 
swimwear, shorts, extra T-shirt, sandals / water shoes, towel, spare clothes and shoes , sunscreen and a bottle of water.

Do I need any prior experience to go white-water rafting?

No prior experience is required. Our professional skippers provide safety instructions and guidance on paddling techniques before the trip.

Is white-water rafting safe?

Rafting can be safe when conducted with proper equipment and under the guidance of experienced and certified guides. Participants are required to wear life jackets and helmets, and safety briefings are given before the trip.

What should I wear for white-water rafting?

Wear comfortable and quick-drying clothing. It's advisable to bring a change of clothes for after the trip.

How long does a white-water rafting trip typically last?

Count on 4-5 hours in total for full experience.  

Can children go white-water rafting?

Yes, our rafting trips are suitable for children, and we advise age limit 6+ years.

Do I need to know how to swim to go white-water rafting?

While it's helpful to know how to swim, it's not always a requirement. Participants are provided with life jackets, and skippers are trained to handle emergency situations.
